a lot of methods: - heat to 350*C, auto-ignition temperature of cellulose; - focus sunlight on paper; - use high-power laser; - dissolve white phosphorus in carbon disulfide, then soak the paper into this solution, let dry ---- after drying, white phosphorus would ignite spontaneously; - (maybe) soak the paper in liquid oxygen; - put other chemicals that ignite spontaneously onto the paper, eg. raney nickel (especially adsorbed with hydrogen), potassium permangaate solid + pure glycerol, uranium (especially finely divided), etc.
