CD-ROM讀取光碟問題

我部cd-rom唔知點解冇喇喇讀取唔到任何野(除左dvd影碟之外) 旦係之前都得,點解會咁??? 我想format部電腦,旦係佢連碟都讀唔到,我點format? 搵人幫下我!!!!!!!點解佢又讀到dvd影碟既呢???

it sounds like a dirty lens/dirty disc in the CD-ROM ... it is unrelated to OS, so don't format harddisk just for it ... Also, it should be a DVD-ROM, otherwise, it should not be able to read DVD :) cleaning up a dirty lens in DVD-ROM is not that easy, if you don't do it yourself before...
